It's always interesting to see game franchises getting adapted into a TV show. These adaptations treat us to the back story of the characters. One thing we'd like to know though is whether Sonic is in the Knuckles series. Here's what we know.

What is the Show About?
Knuckles is a TV series that will air on Paramount+ starting April 26, 2024. The show is based on one of the characters of the iconic Sega game, Sonic the Hedgehog.
But in this iteration, the show focuses on the titular character, Knuckles.
Knuckles is a spinoff of the original Sonic the Hedgehog movie. It is also the first live-action TV show from the franchise.
The storyline of the show takes place between Sonic the Hedgehog 2 and Sonic the Hedgehog 3. We'll see the Echidna training Wade Whipple to become a warrior.

Who is Knuckles?
He is Sonic's secondary best friend and rival. Knuckles is a red anthropomorphic short-beaked Echidna who is known to be the last of his kind.
Knuckles is the guardian of the Master Emerald, which has the ability to control the integral Chaos Emeralds.
Like Sonic, Knuckles is a popular character from the franchise. He has also appeared in most of the games released, including the main franchise and its spin-offs.
The character first made his debut in Sonic the Hedgehog 3 (1994) game as an antagonist. In Sonic & Knuckles, he became a playable character.
After learning that Doctor Eggman tricked him into opposing Sonic and Tails, Knuckles formed a temporary alliance with the two.
Is Sonic in Knuckles Series?
It's almost impossible to have a spinoff show without the main character himself. But will Sonic be in Knuckles series?
If you are a fan of the character, you'll be pleased to know that Ben Schwartz reprised his role as Sonic in Knuckles. Unfortunately, he will only be appearing as a guest in the series.
The spotlight, on the other hand, is fully on Knuckles this time around.
