Here Are the Participating Rap Groups in Paradox Live the Animation

Club Paradox is a legendary club that only appears whenever it calls for a new rap group that will reign supreme in the hip-hop industry.

It only invites the best of the best, meaning it’s not for anyone who doesn’t have the caliber and talent the club needs to stand at the top of Phantom Live rap battles.

Here are the following rap groups and their members competing in Paradox Live the Animation:

  • BAE is a rap group that specializes in upbeat songs combining Japanese, English, and Korean languages in their lyrics. They are composed of Allen Sugasano (SUZAKU), who has a burning passion for hip-hop despite his parents’ opposition; Yeon Hajun (48/Yon-Pachi), who vows to obliterate his family’s conglomerate; and Anne Faulkner (anZ), who is unrestrained by gender.
  • The Cat’s Whiskers specializes in combining hip-hop and jazz in their songs. They are all working under Naoakira, who owns Bar 4/7. Its members are Naoakira Saimon (Kotonoha), who was a former member of Quadra X; Yohei Kanbayashi (God Summer), who used to be a gang member; Ryu Natsume (Conpla Daimao), who is immune from Phantometal’s traumatizing side effects; and Shiki Ando (MC Nanashi), who is the most timid and insecure of the group.
  • Cozmez is the dark horse of the competition and excels in trap music. Their music is inspired by their painful childhood experiences. The group is composed of Kanata Yatonokami (Kanata), who will do anything for the sake of his brother, even going so far as to take shady jobs, and Nayuta Yatanokami, who has a weak constitution caused by metal erosion.
  • Akanyatsura is a rap group affiliated with the yakuza group, Suiseki Clan. Their music is mostly dance-floor-related, associating street, urban, and international instrumental elements. It is composed of Iori Suiseki (Kashira), Zen Gaho (Gazen), Hokusai Masaki (Furai Boy), Satsuki Ito (Gaia), and Reo Maruyama (REO).
  • Buraikan is a legendary hip-hop duo whose songs are mainly throwback music. They will compete with the winner of Paradox Live. Its members are Chisei Kuzuryu (Yasha) and Haruomi Shingu (Shura).

Everyone has their favorite rap group in Paradox Live the Animation, but only one of them reigned supreme after tons of Phantom Battles with each other.

In the original Paradox Live competition, it was the rap group Cozmez who stole the top spot and defeated the rest of the groups, particularly BAE.

However, Cozmez didn’t face Buraikan in Club Paradox after a sudden disaster hit the legendary club.

Soon after, Club Paradox appeared once again, but this time, new rap groups competed for the number one spot, including VISTY, 1Nm8, Goku Luck, and AMPRULE.

At this point, we can’t determine if Paradox Live the Animation will follow the same result as the original Paradox Live, but it’s still possible.

For now, expect that Cozmez will win the competition by the end of the anime.
