Fans certainly have renewed hope in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 now that James Gunn will be directing the sequel again. Interestingly, it looks like the third GOTG movie could also give Beta Ray Bill the Marvel Cinematic Universe debut that has been delayed for some time.

There have been hopes that Beta Ray Bill would show up in the Marvel Cinematic Universe in the last few years. After all, it was confirmed that Bill was supposed to be in Thor: Ragnarok but the scene was deleted since he only had a tiny part. People were also expecting to see Bill in Avengers: Infinity War considering that his hammer Stormbreaker was created in the movie. Now, it looks like Bill is finally getting his big-screen debut in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3.

The report comes We Got This Covered, who got details from a source claiming that Beta Ray Bill is one of the major comic book characters that will be introduced in GOTGV3. The Korbinite will reportedly be joined by Quasar, the comic book superhero with the awesome Quantum Bands.

This is certainly great news for people who have been waiting to see Bill and Quasar in the MCU. Although details about their roles in the third Guardians of the Galaxy movie have not yet been unveiled, we're hoping that Bill gets to spend a lot of time with Thor.

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 is expected to begin production by next year. It is then set to premiere in 2021.
