Who is Thaddeus in Prime's Fallout Series?
Thaddeus (played by actor-comedian Johnny Pemberton) is one of the minor characters in the Fallout series who happens to be affiliated with Maximus (Aaron Clifton Moten).
While he is on the same Brotherhood of Steel, Thaddeus is not one of the top guys. If anything, he was the most bullied member on the team, which reverted him to bullying Maximus to assert his dominance.
Now, despite being a side character in the entire Fallout plot, a strange phenomenon on Thaddeus' ending could change how the universe works in the live adaptation series. So, what happened to Thaddeus?
After surviving a fight that took his foot off, Thaddeus finds an old snake oil salesman who gives him a mystery serum that could miraculously heal his lost foot.
However, there may have been side effects that Thaddeus wasn't warned about the serum...

Fallout Fans Have a Theory on What Happened to Thaddeus
There's a chance that Thaddeus may have turned into a ghoul, which Maximus pointed out when Thaddeus pulled the arrow out of his neck and it healed from its hole.
Considering that he healed and managed to keep his memories and sanity intact, there's also the possibility that the serum he inhaled is similar to how other ghouls remain somewhat human.
But one Fallout lore expert pointed out that the serum may have been the vial from Fallout 4, which means Thaddeus is not necessarily turning into a ghoul, but rather a superhuman of some sort.
Other fans chimed in by claiming the serum is not exactly transforming him into a ghoul, but as an entirely different mutation, which could lead to Thaddeus becoming the TV show's first introduction to a super mutant with super healing abilities.
It is worth mentioning that these are mere theories for now and fans would have to wait until Fallout season 2 releases on Prime Video.
