Many months have passed since Makoto was transported to a fantasy world. He has already met several kinds of creatures, some of which coexist peacefully in his village, located in Tomoe's demiplane.

Tsukimichi: Moonlit Fantasy Episode 5 Recap
Following the destruction of Zetsuya, Makoto, Mio, Tomoe, Rinon, Toa, and the remaining adventurers begin their journey to the next town. Since Zetsuya was destroyed, Makoto had to re-register as an adventurer. He also encouraged Tomoe to train somewhere else to get stronger. While in transit, the adventurers looted tons of materials from the monsters that they encountered—which Mio and Makoto effortlessly defeated.
Arriving at Tsige meant that the group will part ways. They decided to have a small party at a restaurant to celebrate the end of their journey. Makoto asks about the Rembrandt Trading Company, a client who posted an S-level job at the Adventurers' Guild. Toa tells him that there were bad rumors about that company because anyone who accepts a job from them disappears.
Makoto and Mio return to the demiplane. Things are going smoothly with the village's construction. Makoto asks Emma about Tomoe, but she hasn't heard from her either.
Makoto heads for the Rembrandt Trading Company alone. Initially, he thought his job was going to go smoothly. Guess that doesn't seem to be the case.
