In Tokyo Revengers Episode 12, Revenge, as Takemichi was able to save Draken's life, he returns back to the present and he sees that he was expecting that things have changed already. Akkun finally gets to be a beautician and he is hoping that there is no incident involving Hinata dying. Takemichi realizes that nothing has changed and he is ashamed of Naoto because of this, he even refused to meet him.
He sees Hinata and he breaks down in tears. They were together for a short period of time but it seems that the future is written in the stars as an accident happens taking Takemichi's love once more.
