The Saint's Magic Power delighted isekai fans two years ago, and finally, the anime is making a comeback. Recently, The Saint's Magic Power Is Omnipotent Season 2 announced its October release date.
This long-awaited release date announcement was made alongside the release of a new trailer which also showcases three new voice cast members.
While there are new voice actors in this continuation, the original cast came back to voice their characters. The first season’s studio also returned to animate the continuation.
The Saint's Magic Power Is Omnipotent Reveals More Cast Members
The Saint's Magic Power Is Omnipotent is an isekai anime that aired in the Spring 21 season. As with most isekai anime, this show is based on an ongoing light novel of the same name.
For this new season, three voice actors were confirmed to appear in the series for the first time. They will join previous VAs, including Yui Ishikawa (2B in NieR: Automata Ver1.1a) and Takahiro Sakurai (Geto in Jujutsu Kaisen).
First is Ryota Osaka who voices Oscar Dunkel. Osaka is best known for being the voice actor of Sadao Maou in The Devil Is a Part-Timer!
Next is Chiaki Kobayashi who voices Tenyuu in The Saint’s Magic Power. Kobayashi is another popular VA who is known for voicing Mash Burnedead in Mashle and Gabimaru in Hell’s Paradise.
Rounding out the new cast members is Shinichiro Miki who voices Ceyran. As with the two other actors, Miki is also a well-known VA, with roles such as Kisuke Urahara in Bleach and Tatsuma Sakamoto in Gintama under his belt.

The Saint's Magic Power Is Omnipotent Season 2 Reveals October Release
For the new season, anime studio Diomedéa returns to handle animation duties. This studio is known by fans for its works such as The Magical Revolution of the Reincarnated Princess and Parallel World Pharmacy.
As the next season is made by the same studio, it looks similar art-wise to the previous one, as you can see in its latest trailer:
Also returning is Wataru Watari who serves as the series composer (or writer). Watari isn’t the author of the original light novel, though he is the author/creator of My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU.
The Saint's Magic Power Is Omnipotent Season 2 will premiere on Japanese TV on October 3, 2023.
There’s no word yet on release plans outside Japan, though it’ll likely be streamed on Crunchyroll given that the first season is available there.
