The production for Birds of Prey is currently ongoing, and a lot of set photos have been making their way online. While we've been seeing a lot of Margot Robbie at work, a new photo has everyone in the main cast coming together.

From left to right the characters are Det. Renee Montoya (I'm assuming), Cassandra Cain, The Huntress, Harley Quinn, and Black Canary. I don't know who the guy in the foreground is, but it's either someone from the crew or a random thug.
Seeing that the movie is supposed to show us the Birds coming together, I'm positive that this scene will take place at the end of the movie. We don't really know about the specifics of the conflict, but we know that the film will involve Harley trying to save Cassandra Cain from Black Mask.
I am curious though, with Harley trying to get over her break-up with the Joker in the film, I'm wondering if Jared Leto will make an appearance in the movie. So far, nothing has been announced, but I would love for Leto to get his chance to redeem himself for Suicide Squad. Hopefully, he won't be such a creep on set the second time around.
After [splitting] up with The Joker, Harley Quinn and three other female superheroes – Black Canary, Huntress and Renee Montoya – come together to save the life of a little girl (Cassandra Cain) from an evil crime lord.
Birds of Prey (and the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn) comes out Feb. 7, 2020.
