Just when we thought that Star Wars trilogies were over after the release of Episode VII – Revenge of the Sith in 2005, Lucasfilm once again brought the story of the galaxy far, far away to life with the sequel trilogy. But aside from its intricate storylines and fascinating lore, another thing that caught the viewers' eyes was its characters’ incredible charm and allure.
The Star Wars sequel trilogy, which included Episode VII—The Force Awakens, Episode VIII—The Last Jedi, and Episode IX—The Rise of Skywalker, featured some of the best actors of their time.
It saw the return of Mark Hamill, Harrison Ford, and the late Carrie Fisher as Luke Skywalker, Han Solo and Leia Organa.
But it also introduced franchise newcomers Daisy Ridley, John Boyega, Adam Driver, and Oscar Isaac as Rey Skywalker, Finn, Kylo Ren and Poe Dameron, respectively, launching them to international stardom.

So, who’s the hottest of them all? Here are the top five sexiest characters in the Star Wars sequel trilogy.
5. Rose Tico
Rose Tico (Kelly Marie Tran) helped fight the First Order’s advances throughout the galaxy.
She was commander of the Resistance’s Engineering Corps when Darth Sidious’ return was announced and studied the technical specs of old Star Destroyers during the Mission to Pasaana.
However, in addition to playing a significant role in the battle against the First Order, she also helped save Finn’s life.
With a great mind and a kind heart, Rose proved she’s every inch sexy.
4. Captain Phasma
Captain Phasma (Gwendoline Christie) is maybe a villain, but it can’t be denied that seeing a strong female character in her stormtrooper suit is incredibly hot.
She was a formidable warrior who became the captain of the First Order after abandoning her former life.
As a senior officer, she commanded First Order in their fight against the Resistance and took orders from Supreme Leader Snoke.
She, too, participated in the massacre of one of the Jakku villages, which influenced FN-2187, who was later known as Finn, to leave the fascist military junta and join the Resistance.
Phasma later faced Finn and his companion, Rose Tico, resulting in her falling to death.
3. Poe Dameron
Poe Dameron (Isaac) has seen an incredible character evolution in the Star Wars sequel trilogy.
After being a member of the Spice Runners of Kijimi, he became the New Republic’s pilot and eventually joined the Resistance. He then rose to become the acting General of the movement.
The gifted starfighter pilot was also a cool-as-ice gunslinger, so what could be hotter than that?
He helped Finn, Rey, Han and Chewbacca during the battle of Takodana and destroyed the superweapon Starkiller Base.
Dameron was the spark that lit the fire that burned down the First Order, leading to a victory that made him one of the most lovable and sexiest in the sequel trilogy.
2. Kylo Ren
Kylo Ren (Driver) is the main villain of the Star Wars sequel trilogy, but he manages to redeem himself and returns to the light side and the Jedi before his death.
But before this, he was known as the Jedi Killer and master of the Knights of Ren after falling to the dark side of the Force.
Despite Ren’s aspiration to rule the galaxy by becoming the new Galactic Emperor and Dark Lord of the Sith, he returned to the light side during a match with Rey.
His mother, Leia, communicated with him as she died, reminding him of his family’s love and forgiveness.
He reclaims his identity as Ben Solo and joins Rey on Exegol to save her from Darth Sidious and bring The Emperor down.
Ren ended up sacrificing his life to revive Rey. This helped him become one with the Force, reuniting with his parents, Leia and Han, uncle, Luke, and grandfather, Anakin Skywalker.
1. Rey Skywalker
Of course, this list would never have been complete without Rey Skywalker (Ridley). The tumultuous events of the last days of the New Republic Era had incredibly changed Rey’s life.
After being a scavenger from the planet Jakku, she discovered the Force within her and went on training under Jedi Master Luke Skywalker.
However, despite being a part of the Jedi Order and the light side of the Force, she felt pulled to the dark side due to her anger and hostile relationship with Kylo Ren.
She eventually learned that she was Emperor Palpatine’s granddaughter, and the confrontation between the two almost made her join the dark side and transferred Darth Sidous’ spirit into her.
Thankfully, Ren saved her and survived, assuming the name Skywalker to honour the bloodline’s memory and legacy and refusing her heritage.
