In the latest episode of Sabikui Bisco, Bisco finally makes it inside the city of Imihama, but the police are chasing after him. He turns to Doctor Milo Nekoyanagi for assistance. Is this the beginning of the partnership between the two?

Sabikui Bisco or Rust-Eater Bisco follows the story of Akaboshi Bisco, a talented archer and fighter whose arrows can grow mushrooms in a post-apocalyptic Japan. However, he is nationally known as a terrorist even though he just wants to bring the country back to its normal state.

It turns out that the monk sneaking in at the Gunma checkpoint is Akaboshi Bisco, his mentor Jabi, and a giant crab named Actagawa. They manage to escape into the city by launching themselves over the border using a giant mushroom. While they are in the desert, an Escargot fighter plane attacks them and injures Jabi.

Bisco sneaks up on Milo at the Panda Clinic and asks him to heal Jabi. Milo agrees but tells Bisco that it will take some time. Bisco looks out the clinic's window and sees the governor's elite forces. When Bisco tells him he has Milo as a hostage, they don't hesitate to open fire on them, shocking Milo. Bisco blows up the clinic with his mushrooms, and the three of them escape.

With news of Akaboshi Bisco rampaging the city, both the Watch and the governor's elite forces make their move. The Watch, led by Milo's sister, Pawoo, is slightly annoyed at the governor and his troops since they're moving independently. While Milo treats Jabi's wounds, Bisco fights the bunny mask force. The Watch informs Pawoo that mushrooms have grown in the Panda Clinic, where his brother is.

Bisco defeats the elite forces and captures Chiroru Oochagama. She immediately tries to get on Bisco's side, saying that she was just following orders and doesn't believe that someone like Bisco could be a bad guy. Pawoo catches up to where they are, so Chiroru successfully runs away. Bisco and Pawoo prepare to fight each other.
