Komi Can't Communicate Season 2 Drops Exciting Official Trailer of the Students Back to School


The official trailer of Komi Can’t Communicate Season 2 finally dropped and the anime adaptation of the manga series of Tomohito Oda keeps getting more and more exciting as the students are back to school with the titular character seeing more of Tadano and new faces are coming, could they be friends or foes?

Komi Can’t Communicate Season 2 trailer show Komi admitting to herself how she is not that good at socializing. The students are talking about the upcoming winter vacation and a new character gets introduced: Makoto, Naruse, Kometani, Sasaki, and Katō. The teaser also hints Komi seemingly speaking. Will everyone hear her voice in this run?

The trailer has the previews of the theme songs of the show, Ao 100 Iro (100 Blue Colors) by Miku Itō for the opening, and Kosaberi Biyori (Fine Day For Small Talk) by FantasticYouth for the ending of every episode.

New cast additions were also announced with Katsuyuki Miura as Shisuto Naruse, Shoutarou Uzawa as Chuusaku Kometani, Fumiko Uchimura as Mikuni Katou, and Minami Takahashi as Ayami Sasaki. The original cast would be back Aoi Koga as Shoko Komi, Gakuto Kajiwara as Hitohito Tadano, Rie Murakawa as Najimi Osana, Rina Hidaka as Ren Yamai, Rumi Okubo as Omoharu Nakanaka, and Yukiyo Fujii as Himiko Agari.

The story will pick up where Season 1 of Komi Can’t Communicate ended with Tadano and Komi still not confessing how much they like each other and Komi still hasn’t blurted a single word yet which brings in the question of whether we would be hearing her speak and is her voice as beautiful as her goddess-like face.

Komi Can’t Communicate all started as a one-shot chapter that came out in Shogakukan's Weekly Shōnen Sunday in 2015, and it started serialization the following year. It is by Tomohito Oda. To date, there are already 23 volumes out in public. There is also a live-action adaptation with 8-episodes and came out on NHK General TV.

Komi Can't Communicate Season 2 will be streaming via Netflix on April 6, 2022. The first season of the anime series is currently streaming on the same platform.
