In the previous chapter, Ohma uses the Kure family tradition Earth Scraper technique and combines it with Niko style to hit Rolon with a Flashing Steel Adamantine and Flame Kata technique. This powerful technique takes Ohma down, bringing the victory to Kengan Association, but with Tiger Niko still loose, it's likely that a new conflict will arise with Tiger Niko and the Worms.

Update: Now that that Kengan Omega Chapter 138 has been released, here are major spoilers: Ohma has won the Kengan Association vs. Purgatory tournament, but Ohma doesn't look happy. Ohma tells Yamashita that it's up to him now, and he says that he's about to go rest. Julius stops Ohma, and asks him if he's going after "him" (Tiger Niko).

Kaolan tells Ohma that he shouldn't go after him because of his condition, and Kanoh Agito tells him Ohma that he should control himself. Ohma says fine and wonders why they have to lecture him.

Gaoh Ryuki shows up, and calls Koga. Gaoh asks if they were worried about him, and tells Koga that he's fine. Ohma asks Lihito if Gaoh was always like that. Gaoh tells Ohma that he watched his match against Rolon, and tells him that Ohma is so strong, and that he would have no chance against him.

Misasa is wondering how Gaoh was distraught a moment ago, but now he's acting like it never happened, and that seemed unnatural. When Lihito asks Gaoh where he's been and that if he'd been with Kaede, Gaoh says that he found "God".

The crowd in the arena goes wild, and we get a look at the members of the Purgatory. Liu Dongcheng says that they lost, and Carlos Mendel says that they don't nearly come close to them in power as they did in the final score. We get to see a look at the arena, and the narrator reminds us of the end of Purgatory.

Katahara Metsuda praises Ohma for his victory, and we get to see Rama XIII congratulate Nogi Hideki, and Nogi thanks him. Nogi is thinking that Rama can't be trusted, but keeping Rama on their side would be a huge benefit because of his overwhelming influence. Toyoda Idemitsu shows up, and says that he admits defeat, and that he can't find an excuse for their defeat.

Toyoda says that he will meet the agreement: Purgatory will merge into Kengan Association, and that he will step down as representative. It turns out that Toyoda knew about the Worm. Nogi says that he's taking the merger between Kengan Association and Purgatory off the table because this competition showed him that both groups are compatibly different. Nogi tells Toyoda that he wants him to keep running Purgatory, but instead Purgatory will be a subsidiary of the Kengan Association.

The two organizations will enter a business partnership. Kengan Association and Purgatory will be holding inter-promotion competitions, and they will introduce a rental transfer system for fighters and gladiators.

Katahara Metsudo says that Nogi has secured a stable position, but there's still cause for concern. There's Hayami Katsumasa's appointment as deputy chairman of the Kengan Assocation. He says that if all members of Hayami's former clique were to rise up, he won't let them destroy the Kengan Association.

Koga looks pleased that Ryuki is back on his feet. Koga is thinking that it's time for him to face forward, and that in one year, he will catch up to Ohma.

The chapter ends with the narrator saying that none of the fighters predicted the tragedy that was about to unfold.
