Both are extremely smart individuals and everyone thinks they would be a great couple.

They are both overachievers who believe showing their true emotions would be a sign of weakness, so each tries to make the other confess; through their elaborate plans to make this possible, their love becomes a true battlefield. When the two finally end up together, the show focuses on their relationship, as well as theirs and other characters problems.
Ishigami and Miko got the spotlight in Chapter 228. While the two are fighting again, this doesn't necessarily mean that they don't like each other as love is war in this manga.
