2024 has already seen lots of exciting new limited series. The latest one that has gotten a lot of attention recently is The Veil. With the show finally premiering, some are wondering if The Veil is streaming on Netflix.

The Veil (not to be confused with the Korean series of the same name) is a brand-new action-thriller written by Steven Knight, the creator of hit shows like Peaky Blinders and The Detectives.
Playing the lead role is Elisabeth Moss, the actress who is best known for playing June Osborne in The Handmaid’s Tale and Peggy Olson in Mad Men.
As for its story, The Veil is described as a “deadly game of truth and lies” as it follows two women, one of whom has a secret that the other must reveal to potentially save thousands of lives.
Given its spy-thriller premise, the show features a globetrotting story that sees the two main characters travel to Istanbul, Paris, and London.
While it’s an American production, the main character Imogen Salter is an agent of the UK’s MI6, and she must work together with agents from the CIA and France’s DGSE.

Is The Veil Streaming on Netflix?
So, can you watch The Veil on Netflix? No, it’s not available on that platform as it’s not an original series produced by Netflix.
Instead, this show is produced by FX Productions. This makes it the first new series by FX following the hit Japanese historical drama Shōgun.
Given how well-received that show is, coupled with FX’s recent track record with shows like The Bear and Murder at the End of the World, many viewers are no doubt keen on watching The Veil.

Where to Watch and Stream The Veil in the US, Other Regions
As it’s an FX series, viewers in the US can watch the show on Hulu. Currently, the first two episodes of the show are streaming now on Hulu, with the next episodes set to be released weekly.
Meanwhile, viewers in most of the world will be able to watch the series on Disney+ under the Star banner, similar to Shōgun.
Finally, the series is streaming in Latin America exclusively on Star+.
