Birds of Prey: Margot Robbie Didn't Hesitate to Perform Terrifying Stunt in DC Film

There is little doubt that Harley Quinn does a lot of crazy things in Birds of Prey (And The Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn). However, Margot Robbie proved that she's just as crazy as the character she plays when she chose to perform a truly dangerous stunt in the DC Extended Universe flick.

Birds of Prey producers Bryan Unkeless and Sue Kroll recently spoke to Comicbook.com to promote the film. Interestingly, they revealed that there was one particular stunt that had them terrified considering that Robbie insisted on performing it herself.

"There's a part where literally Margot is on skates getting pushed by a speeding car," Unkeless shared. "You think one wobble and thing could go bad, she could go under the car, and it's like, we were so relieved to have that shot… And she would never admit to being scared."

That's right, Robbie did that crazy stunt herself. Although the producers were terrified for the star of the film, they couldn't help but admire her bravery.

"She's so brave," Kroll said. "She's do anything. Anything for a movie… And she's not, I don't think she is scared. I was more scared for her."

We're scared for Robbie as well but it looks like she nailed the scene without any problem. Needless to say, we're already looking forward to the dangerous sequence later this month.

Birds of Prey (And The Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn) also stars Ewan McGregor, Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Jurnee Smollett-Bell, Rosie Perez, and Ella Jay Basco. The film will premiere on February 7.
